Just finished a great tour of the Prototype Production Inc. (PPI) facility in Ashburn – a high tech production and manufacturing company unleashing the power of innovation to bring new, cutting-edge products to market! They are truly an American story, founded as a “garage startup” in 1990 by Italo Travez, the son of an immigrant from Ecuador and father of the current CEO Joe Travez.
Today, they are constantly adapting and evolving to meet the challenges of the 21st Century and the inspired work they’re doing shows exactly why we need to be empowering businesses like PPI to continue to be a global leader in innovation. Under the right economic policies with reduced taxes, prompt permitting, lower energy costs and less regulations, we can create the optimum conditions to help more companies like PPI succeed in Virginia and the United States. It’s time to make America the World Capital of Innovation once again and PPI is leading the way!
