For over a decade, every Friday on my weekly appearance on the “Tony Mercurio Show,” Tony picks five games from the upcoming weekend, and we each pick the winners. Here are our picks for Week 1 of the 2008 NFL season:

Detroit over Atlanta.

Elizabeth Hasselback’s Husband’s Seattle Seahawks over Buffalo.

Arizona over San Francisco (Tony picks San Francisco).

Green Bay over Minnesota

Denver over Oakland (Tony takes Oakland).
